Welcome to REgenerative HUman. By accessing or using our services — including coaching sessions, workshops, membership programs, digital resources, and any other offerings — you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services & Participation

1.1 All services (individual coaching, group workshops, digital programs, and memberships) are non-transferable and intended for the registered client only.
1.2 Clients may reschedule or cancel sessions only according to the specific policy provided at the time of booking.
1.3 Participation in any service is voluntary. Clients are responsible for confirming they are physically and mentally capable of participation.

2. Membership Policies

2.1 Membership cancellations are honored until the end of the current pay period.
2.2 Clients may request to pause or cancel memberships; refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellations by REgenerative HUman

In the event REgenerative HUman cancels a session, workshop, or event, clients will receive a full refund for that session or event.

4. Payments & Fees

4.1 Full payment is required at registration for any session, subscription, event, or membership.
4.2 REgenerative HUman may adjust fees for future services; fee changes will not affect services already booked.
4.3 Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Clients must provide accurate personal information.
5.2 Respect toward coaches, peers, and the community is required.
5.3 Online participants must maintain a safe space (e.g., sufficient room, stable internet).
5.4 Content provided during sessions is educational. Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment; clients should consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

6.1 Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (below).
6.2 Personal health information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 REgenerative HUman is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services.
7.2 Clients participate at their own risk; REgenerative HUman is not responsible for injuries or outcomes, except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All proprietary content (videos, guides, PDFs, frameworks) is copyright-protected.
8.2 Clients may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of this jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

REgenerative HUman reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with the updated effective date.
